About this Badge

Recognizes completion of the Texas AI Awareness Training required under Texas Government Code § 2054.5193. Holders have demonstrated foundational knowledge of AI fundamentals, risk assessment, human oversight, privacy, transparency, bias detection, and responsible use as mandated for Texas state and local government employees.

Criteria

Complete all three self-paced training modules and pass the final assessment with a score of 80% or higher to receive a verifiable DIR-compliant certificate.
